Rothstone is privately funded. Typically, we take a 3 – 5 year view on a development project and have access to substantial funds for suitable projects via strategic key partners, Peveril Securities, who are a wholly owned subsidiary of Bowmer and Kirkland and MarshallCDP.

Peveril Securities Limited are part of the Bowmer & Kirkland Group and has its own residential development company, ‘Peveril Homes’. For the financial year ended 31st August, group turnover was approaching £1bn, pre–tax profits in excess of £60m and cash balances were £200m, whilst net assets of the group increased to in excess of £300 million. Bowmer and Kirkland have an outstanding track record in the delivery of cross-sector projects.

Our latest strategic initiative is to assemble an investment portfolio. Rothstone Estate Properties holds strategic roadside and food retail assets that are either being delivered by Rothstone Estate or acquired from third parties.
