Rothstone Estates are proposing to develop a new 24,276 square foot standalone M&S Foodhall on this town centre brownfield site prominently located on Leicester Street, Northwich. A top trading Aldi store is situated immediately adjacent, with Sainsburys, Matalan and the ASDA-anchored Barons Quay shopping centre all nearby.
Rothstone agreed a 15 year lease with M&S. The park comprises 24,276 sq ft with 157 car parking spaces incl EV and will generate approximately 60 new jobs.
