Rothstone Estates & Commercial Development Projects have submitted planning to develop a new 24,246 square foot standalone M&S Foodhall on this brownfield former care home site prominently located on High Lane, Burscough, Ormskirk. A top trading Booth’s & Aldi store is situated immediately opposite, as part of the excellent Ringtail Retail Park.
Rothstone agreed a 15 year lease with M&S. The park comprises 24,246 sq ft with 157 car parking spaces incl EV and will generate approximately 60 new jobs.
