Rothstone Estates are proposing to develop a new 24,316 square foot M&S Foodhall, together with a EG on the Move PFS, Starbucks coffee drive thru and another F&B drive thru. Furthermore a new four court Padel centre will be constructed, on a green field site prominently located on the main A57 Gateford Road/Gateway Roundabout, Shireoaks, Worksop.
Rothstone/CDP agreed 15-30 year leases with 3 occupiers. The park comprises over 37,000 sq ft with 309 parking spaces and will generate approximately 160 new jobs.
