Rothstone Estates, in a JV with Commercial Development Projects, have designed and is proposing to develop a new 24,000 square foot retail park occupied by a premium food retailer, Costa Coffee and EVN on a green field site prominently located at the junction of the A16/A151 Holbeach Road, Ripon.
Rothstone/CDP Agreed 15-30 year leases with 3 occupiers. The park comprises 24,000 sq ft with 257 car parking spaces and will generate approximately 120 new jobs.
