Rothstone Estates in a JV with Commercial Development Projects have designed and are developing a new 5000 square foot M&S retail food unit together with 28no electric vehicle charging spaces located on Wellington Road at its junction with the main Armley Gyratory, which has 86,000 vehicle movements per day.
Rothstone/CDP Agreed a 20 year lease with BP. The park comprises 5,000 sq ft M&S c store with 45 car parking spaces incl 28 EV and will generate approximately 30 new jobs.
