FUNDING

Rothstone is privately funded. Typically, we take a 3 – 5 year view on a development project and have access to substantial funds for suitable projects via strategic key partners. We also have access to bank funding through agreed credit facilities with Close Brothers and Handelsbanken where required.

Our latest strategic initiative is to assemble an investment portfolio. Rothstone Estate Properties (REP) holds strategic roadside and food retail assets that are either being delivered by Rothstone or acquired from third parties.
